Neighbour's were leaving rubbish from their house next to he bin. Made it difficult for my children to enjoy. Really sad when house near park are destroying it for everyone. To the Neighbour's on the left of park looking from road, Pick up your rubbish and get rid of it yourself. We have seen you at night, your Disgusting.
