Why these ages?

Fenced junior playground on artificial grass with infant swing, basket swing, sandpit and water play. Reviews call it 'very safe' for a granddaughter. Perimeter fence explicitly separates junior area from sports fields — top pick for free-roaming toddlers while a parent watches from the picnic table. Engineered water play, not an open water risk. Small multi-play limits appeal beyond 7-8.

Description explicitly says the playground sits on an artificial grass surface, a firm base for wheels, with off street parking and toilets on site, but no accessible parking or toilet feature is specifically named.

Huge ground to play plenty of sports. Lot of parking options. You could pay cricket, football, other track sports.

Had a recent tournament there - very poor ground conditions. A few hundred people attended with only 2 available toilets. Probably a nice park in the middle of summer, but not in the winter.

Discovery Park is nice and indeed memorable. Why? Because it was back in 2015 when we - the mighty Te Awamutu AFC - smashed the local opposition to the Division 5 WaiBop Senior Mens Football title.

Great playground with large slides, swings, sand play area, water play area and more. There are public toilets, water fountain and picnic area. There is an eel theme and life-size metal eels scattered around the playground.

Took my grand-daughter here to play, very safe and popular for mixing with others. Interacting and learning experiences were great. I enjoyed myself being there also.
