Why these ages?

Fenced, shaded playground with multi-play + infant swing + basket swing + toddler bike track - genuinely toddler-focused. Description flags perimeter not fully fenced so parents should watch road edges (Corks Road, residential). Play zone itself has shade sails. Older kids get slide + bike track; tweens will be bored. Corks Road is low-speed suburban.

Access notes

It'd a good place for kids to ride their bikes or play on a swing or slide my only problem is, there is no baby swing so our little ones can't swing
