Why these ages?

Dedicated younger-kid zone (infant swing, spring rocker, you-and-me swing, inground carousel) plus fenced shallow-pool water play area with lots of watchful-carer sight lines. Full destination range with flying fox, hamster wheel, embankment slide and climbing net keeps children and tweens engaged. Reviewer confirms 2.5yo enjoyed it and daily council safety checks.

Nice playground. A bolt is missing on one end of the orange pole over the rope bridge. The pole is lose now. Please get it fixed as a lot of children might step on the pole.

Potter Trust Playground offers a variety of activities for kids and children. There are many unique activities ranging from flying fox to hamster wheel. My nieces can spend ages at this place. The playground is well looked after. During school holidays it can be full but still plenty to do. There are toilets but no shade provided at this playground. Beside the playground, there is a walkway for walking and cycling. This is also a place for parents to hang out too.

This is a fantastic playground for a wide age range of kids, my 2.5yo loved it. It's clean, well maintained and safety checks are conducted daily by council staff.

Many options available for the kids to try. With basketball net, zip line and large climbing net, even older kids can enjoy fairly well.

Hard to believe this is free! Two shallow pools, one served with a kowhai shaped fibreglass slide, within a fenced area with lots and lots of mature trees for shade. Swings, another tame slide and seesaws a short way off from water play area, an aviary and a balcony overlooking the river. Lots of shady spots for watchful carers.
