Why these ages?

Description explicitly matches equipment to ages — infant swing, basket swing and spring toys are called out as suiting toddlers, with the multi-play structure and solo spinner for primary-aged kids. Bark fall zone with picnic tables and seating on site. Quiet Dryden Avenue in the Highgate subdivision, off-street parking, no water or road hazards. One reviewer flag about a slide climb-up bar is an equipment nit rather than a categorical risk.

Accessibility

Access notes

Nearby playground that can be found with quite some different types of slides, swings and frames to play with. There are tables for picnic as well. Behind the playground, there is a huge park to jog, exercise or dogs' walk.

Park is ok, some things for kids to do but not much. Good sized park to play some games in though.

Visited this playground today with my wife and child. It was really clean and tidy and well set up for my child to play. Really recommended.

DONT go up the slide it's dangerous. I know of two quite serious injuries to two girls in separate incidents whilst climbing up and banging their heads on an unseen bar at the top
