A small playground in the open and wide area, Jack's Point. It's within walking distance if you stay in any property in Jack's Point. But it still has a parking area. Next to the playground is a football court. The children love it so much. Play in the playground and run around in the field.
Jack Tewa Park
Maori Jack Road, Jacks Point, Queenstown 9371
Why these ages?
Compact play set built 'for toddlers through primary age' per description — infant swing, basket swing (postural support), climbing structure with tubular slide, flying fox and seesaw bridge. Bark surfacing, adjacent football field for run-around, off-street parking, stunning mountain backdrop. Lake Wakatipu is in the wider community but not adjacent to the play area. Flying fox is the standout draw for 4-8s.
Access notes
The description explicitly states all play equipment sits on bark surfacing, a barrier for wheelchair users trying to reach it. Off street parking and toilets are on site but neither is described as accessible specifically, so there is no basis for an accessible verdict despite the basket swing offering some postural support for other needs.
