Why these ages?

Award-winning community-designed neighbourhood park with basket swing, infant swing, spring toy, standard swings and climbing frame + tubular slide under excellent tree shade. Waterfront reserve (Tauranga harbour) — water risk exists at reserve edge but the playground is set back on Hall Road. Small scale caps tween interest, but strong toddler and child pick with contained equipment.

Accessibility
Not accessible
- Bark or wood-chip surface (wheels sink)
Access notes

Despite a recent award winning redesign, the play equipment remains on a bark surface, a clear barrier for wheels. Off street parking is available but no accessible toilet or transfer feature is specifically described.

Sunday street food market at Matua Park was a nice relaxed evening in Tauranga's suburbs. Live music, local food cooked for you & a local brewery serving cold beer from a art deco caravan. A great night for tourists and locals as like.

It's ok for a little playground. Could do with maintenence. But ok for a quick play. Also has grass to kick a ball around on and a basketball hoop too.

Nice space with a cute little play ground and tennis court, but if you want to use the tennis court you do have to pay for the key
