Why these ages?

A slide suited to younger children and a bowl rocker give toddlers a modest way in, but no infant swing is listed and the cantilever swing, climbing net and balance logs are pitched at older kids. Sits on a Northcote residential street with no water, road-edge or skate hazards flagged. Half basketball court, BBQ and picnic tables extend appeal well into pre-teen and family-meal territory.

Access notes

Bark chip covers the play surface, a barrier for wheelchair users, and a reviewer confirms there are no public toilets, with only on street parking serving the site.

Nice little playground for kids. Only got hopping stuff and climbing. Parents supervision. Some benches here to relax. Can have a family picnic. Has BBQ u can cook and enjoy. No public toilets. Nice drinking freshwater from the water fountain. Got a basketball court u can enjoy. Heaps of new tall apartments.
