The playground is nice for toddlers and it's a bit away from the busy road which is awesome if you have a "runner" like I do.

Why these ages?
Small equipment set (baby swing bay, basket swing, slide, carousel) suits toddlers. One parent notes 'bit away from busy road, awesome if you have a runner'; another calls it 'on a very busy road, caution required'. Not fenced, so distance-only mitigation. Little for older kids beyond open grass. Downgraded to has-toddler-zone per fence rule.
Access notes
The play area sits over a bark chip surface, a clear barrier for wheelchair users. Only on street parking is available, no toilets are on site, and no accessible feature is described anywhere.
