Why these ages?

Small neighbourhood playground with rocktopus climbing feature, swing set including infant seat and a slide 'suited to young children with assistance' — description explicitly signals toddler-friendly equipment. A creek runs through the wider lawn per reviews, giving a real water risk, but it sits away from the play equipment. Quiet Whataupoko street, on-street parking, bark surface. Reviewer confirms fun for under 5s and up to 12.
