Great reserve at the heart of busy Mt Eden. The playground is a bit small but worth it.

The backyard of Mt Eden village is this Essex Reserve. There is an open area with seats and a playground plus a steel sculpture. It’s very popular with local young mums. It’s full of people during lunch breaks sitting here enjoy the sunny day with a sandwich or sushi bought from the village.
