Great park for cricket practice, has open cricket nets. Monday evenings are usually booked by the City suburbs cricket club. Parking can be a challenge.

Kelburn Park is a compact, easy to supervise playground on Salamanca Road in Kelburn, the hillside Wellington suburb just west of Victoria University, and its simple set of swings and slides suits toddlers and primary school age children rather than a destination crowd.
