Windy that day and a few rubbish flying around, nice to see some of the regulars pitch in to tidy up the park. And those that regularly used the facilities and park leave it clean and tidy.

Rugby field covered in dog excrement at a Saturday morning Kids Rugby game, likely from local roaming dangerous dogs which were seen in the area. It’s not fair to the Kids! Napier city council need to sort out these roaming land sharks belonging nearby residents. It’s a shame as the lovely local Maori warden was doing a fine job for the local kids keeping the side lines save for the local kids who played a fantastic game and are a credit to Maraenui Junior Rugby club!

I wouldn't hang out here personally but if you game go for it. Loads of pitbulls on the loose like to hang here for their daily meetings

This park appears short of attention in comparison to other parks within this area. A shame the standards of public care for litter, broken glass & public rubbish.
