Why these ages?

Explicitly 'fully fenced boundary and enclosed court make it easy to keep track of several children at once'. Junior zone has a small slide and easy climbing features tailored for 2-4yos, plus an infant swing and accessible swing. Older zone has four slides including a large curling slide, so 5-9 have plenty to explore and there's a basketball/volleyball court. Basketball and older slides give tweens some appeal but not deep tween equipment.

Access notes

Description lists an accessible swing option among the infant and older child swings, a genuine transfer friendly feature, but does not describe surface material, a step free path, or accessible parking.

Nice open field area with plenty of space to sit or play around. Good for kids to run and have fun. The park looks clean and tidy. Easy to get to and close to shops.....

I went to the Sunday market there. There was plenty of free street parking around the park. The market was great, a mix of cash only and EFTPOS so make sure to bring some cash! I had the pulled pork roti from the kai fusion stall for 15$, it was amazing and there was some benches scattered around. It was lovely to sit and enjoy listening to the live band and say hello to all the dogs doing the rounds with their owners. The market was a mix of crystal stalls, homemade crafts and clothing and plants.
