Toddler playgrounds in Bay of Plenty

A designated toddler area means low platforms, short slides, and equipment scaled for children who are still finding their balance, usually set slightly apart from the big-kid structures so a two-year-old is not competing with ten-year-olds on the same climbing frame. These are the playgrounds where a toddler gets a whole zone rather than the one small slide at the end.
