Why these ages?

Compact playground with slide, swings including infant seat, rotonet spinner, spring rocker and basket swing on woodchip — toddler equipment well covered. Flat terrain, pushchair-friendly, off-street parking, half basketball court and flying fox in wider reserve. Reviewer mentions a river area nearby (water risk) but 'back quite far from the main road so fairly quiet' — road-quiet setting and river is distant across the five-hectare reserve.

Access notes

Description explicitly states the playground sits on a woodchip surface, a barrier for wheelchair users, though the terrain is described as flat throughout and straightforward to reach with a pushchair.

Lovely, large, quiet reserve. Has carpark space, tennis courts, a basketball hoop and small court, flying fox, a great playground, BBQ under a pagoda, toilets and trees right round the perimeter. Great place for a picnic or a quiet stroll. Back quite far from the main road so fairly quiet
