This is a decent sized playground for kids in the stoney point reserve on the banks of Lake Tarawera. The location is very beautiful and scenic. One can easily take a couple of hours off here and just relax on the picnic tables or on the ground. Public toilets are available here. The location is easily accessible by road. There is a boat ramp to enter the lake. Highly recommended while in the area.
