Point Wells Playground

Point Wells Playground is a small, recently built playground in the quiet coastal settlement of Point Wells on the Matakana Coast, with an equipment mix that punches above its size. Best for ages 2 to 12.

Equipment

A flying fox is the highlight, paired with a multi play structure with slide, swings, and a half basketball court, a genuinely active mix for such a small site. The surface is bark, and seating is provided for caregivers.

Practical Info

On street parking runs along Point Wells Road, and the combination of flying fox and ball court gives older kids plenty to do while younger siblings use the multi play structure. The playground opened within the last five years.
