A nice park in a good location. Has a low fence and grassy area - this can get quite muddy in wet weather though. Skate ramp and half basketball court for older kids and a variety of equipment for younger ones. A bit less for toddlers though still a couple of suitable things. Cafe and shop nearby, a small beach as well. Food trucks some evenings too.
Ralph Ham Park

Why these ages?
Reviews note 'a bit less for toddlers' but a couple of suitable pieces plus whale rocker and swings. Fence is described as low/partial, not full-perimeter, and Portobello Road runs directly alongside opposite the beach. Skate ramp and half basketball court integrated within the same park boundary attract older kids/teens. Better for supervised child/tween play than free-range toddler.
Access notes
Description notes artificial softfall surfacing and states plainly that no wheelchair accessible play equipment has been identified, while a review separately describes the toilet block as easy wheelchair accessible, so the site is reachable but the equipment itself is not inclusive.
