Why these ages?

Roktopus climbing frame anchors the site for primary-aged kids who like a real physical challenge - the standout draw. Infant swing, see-saw and small carousel give toddlers a token option. Description explicitly flags the park is unfenced and a reviewer notes a stream running through - real vigilance needed with under-4s. No shade over equipment.

Access notes

The description explicitly says the play area sits on a bark chip surface, a hard barrier for wheelchair users, even though flat ground throughout gives comfortable pushchair access to the park.

We really love this park. Close to our neighborhood. Small playground at the end. Beautiful and tall trees. Plenty of space for dogs to run.

I was disappointed as ground was very water log. Could fine how this park is lay out, from the car park.Found 1 baseball field, 1 rugby field, under water. No tables to sit at. Other road gate closed. Had a stream running but didn't look safe for dogs . We stayed on lead.

Love the open space. Kids love to run around with no restrictions. This is definitely a great place to play with kids. And if your lucky there could be a game or 2 of softball to watch on a Saturday. Good fun for all ages.

Love the park but not all the prickles. My dogs couldn't run around as their paws were full of prickles every time so we left. Dont let your kids run around here with bare feet!

If your walking the dog or doing something active then I recommend this park. I usually do both and include a weighted pack march into the equation. Each lap is generally 1.1 - 1.2km depending on the route you take but guarantee of a sweat is usually the case after the third lap. Both owner and doggie will love this place.
