Weka Park Playground

Why these ages?

Modest playground tucked in the corner of a sports/dog park in Raumati Beach: climbing frame, swings, rocktopus (one reviewer flags it swings too much). Adjacent dog off-leash area is a supervision factor for a toddler, and equipment mix isn't explicitly toddler-tuned (no infant swing itemised). Fine as a stop but not a toddler destination.

Small but decent park, clean and modern equipment. Climbing frame + Swings. Right next to the sports club/fields so kids get go for a run around. There's coffee available 5 minutes walk around the corner and Remedy too, which is a bonus 👍

The 10 hour drive from Auckland was worth it for the golden nets and posts with pure good grass.
