Werrina Reserve

Werrina Reserve is a small neighbourhood playground on a quiet residential crescent in Mangakakahi, one of around 90 play spaces Rotorua Lakes Council maintains across the district.

Equipment

The equipment is a simple, approachable set: a climbing frame with a slide, swings, and a spinner, on bark surfacing, suited to children from toddler age through early primary school.

Access and Inclusion

Street parking sits on Werrina Crescent beside the reserve, and the open grass gives children room to run once they're done on the fixed equipment. There's no confirmed fencing, so keep an eye on toddlers near the street edge.
