Large playground and park with lots of things for kids of all ages. From climbing to spinning to swinging to sliding. Lots to do! A decommissioned hot spring pool just next to the playground also offers shelter if it rains. And kids find fun in there too. Toilets are nearby. A short walk away you can enjoy geothermal pool springs where members of the public enjoys soaking their feet. Many fenced up spots where geothermal hot water is bubbling and steaming away. Really lovely place and a free option for tourists visiting the region. Short walk from most places in Rotorua too.

Equipment
Steam drifts across open lawns where a crater lake bubbles beside a children's playground, a combination found nowhere else in New Zealand. Modern climbing structures and swings sit right beside one of three thermal foot pools, so kids can climb and scramble on soft safety matting while parents rest their feet in warm water a few steps away.
