Why these ages?

Small junior playground on open lawn beside the community centre - swings (with infant), multi-play with slides, see-saw on bark. Explicitly a toddler-focused neighbourhood hub rather than a destination. Not fenced, but set within a large sports reserve well away from the road. Older kids will use the surrounding fields more than the equipment; tweens will pass.

Accessibility
Partial access
- Bark or wood-chip surface (wheels sink)
Access notes

Description explicitly states the play equipment sits on a bark surface, a barrier for wheelchair users. Off street parking and public toilets are available, but no accessible parking is confirmed.
