Campbell Park
The Parade, Paekākāriki 5034
Why these ages?
Junior equipment (see-saw, infant swing, spring toy) for toddlers but the skatepark is directly adjacent (no fence), and both The Parade road and Kawaupaku Beach are just across the road. Not a safe let-them-roam toddler park. Good for supervised child play and tweens who can use the skatepark.
Access notes
Play equipment sits on bark surfacing next to the skatepark, a barrier for wheelchair users, and only on street parking is available with no accessible parking or path features mentioned.
What's here
Campbell Park is Paekakariki's playground and skatepark hub, sitting between Wellington Road and The Parade with Kapiti Island visible across the water from the terraced eastern bank.
