Nile Reserve Playground

Nile Reserve Playground is a small, fully fenced playground at the northern end of Nile Reserve in Milford, on Auckland's North Shore, built for toddlers and young children.

Equipment

A standalone slide unit with a ladder and plastic rock wall sits alongside an abacus, a steering wheel, a noughts and crosses game, a low see-saw springer, and two swings including an infant swing, on a bark surface.

Access and Inclusion

The full fencing makes this a contained, low-stress stop for families with children who bolt.

Practical Info

Seating is on site, but there are no toilets. Street parking is available from Nile Road and Belmont Terrace, with the nearest bus stop at the Nile and Waterloo roads intersection. Dogs must stay on leash throughout the reserve, and an open grassy area at the southern end suits ball games.
