Why these ages?

Infant swings and small carousel serve toddlers, plus swings/climbing balls/balance logs/slide give a solid child-friendly core. Flying fox (though reportedly not always working), skatepark and basketball half-court keep tweens engaged. Skatepark is on-site so wheeled traffic to be aware of, but it's a separate zone.

Accessibility
Not accessible
- Bark or wood-chip surface (wheels sink)
Access notes

The description states the swings, carousel, climbing structure and slide are all set on a bark surface, with only on street parking along Owairaka Avenue and no accessible path or toilet described for the play area itself.

On 1/1/2024, my husband and I went to Mount Albert Summit. We enjoyed the beautiful views up there and saw some people hiking and jogging along the hiking trails. We recommend you to visit Mount Albert Summit.

Easily Accessible, got public toilets, skateboard park, basketball, good long walking or jogging track, good open field to play football or rugby or just chill sitting on the green field having a quiet picnic with the family.

This is medium size multipurpose park. It has walking pathway, rugby, football ground, basketball court, skating board ground and children play ground with public toilet. Has enough parking space and road side parking as well. Good place for children, adults and groups to go and enjoy the outdoor time.

My kid had an amazing time at this park! It's such a cool place with a playground that has a flying fox, a basketball court, a skate park, a field, and a walking path, plus there are bathrooms too.

Expansive park for kids to roam free and skate or scooter. The flying fox is a beauty... Seems recently built and we'll maintain

Awesome park, one of few that still have a workable flying fox, some good swings and the fast gravity spinny things, its also got a couple of basketball courts, and theres a cool bmx bump track bit further down the cycleway from the park itself, plenty of parking there too

This a great area to walk your dog. There are wide concrete paths so it's a nice easy walk. There are various fields there as well as a basketball court.
