Why these ages?

Large 1440sqm coastal adventure playground - climbing, flying fox, tubular and embankment slides, sandpit with digger and a paddling pool (fenced per reviews). Accessibility swing on site. Older kids get the rope climbing, flying fox and half basketball. Water risk from paddling pool is fenced. Broad-age but with hazards - toddlers can enjoy sandpit and carousel with attention.

Access notes

Description names a dedicated accessibility swing for wheelchair users, and off street parking is on site, but equipment sits on a bark surface, a hard barrier for wheeling to it. A review also flags the accessibility swing as overgrown and poorly maintained.

The Flying Foxes still look great! But the rest of the adventure playground is very overgrown and falling foul of bad drainage and low upkeep. Really disappointing to see the state of the wheelchair accessible swing… Definitely hold off until it’s been a few weeks of good weather before attending!

Very beautiful garden. Very Big and well maintained. This is best place to spend time on weekends or for picnic with your family and friends. It is nearby bottle neck forest so you can also walk around it. The best thing of this garden is …

Spencerville Park was a delightful experience. The spacious market was a highlight, and the well-maintained park offered excellent restroom facilities. Plus, there's a great variety of playground equipment for kids to enjoy.

Great place for the kids! Equipment in good repair except for the digger in the sandpit. Lots of climbing places. Great flying fox, and low ropes to play on. A few sets of swings and a cool spider web to climb. There is a fenced toddler paddling pool for summer. Dogs allowed but need to be on a lease. No rubbish bins as you have to take it all away with you. Good covered spots near by to BBQ and eat lunch.

We use to love going but went the other day and it was really sad. The playground wasn't maintained 2 of the flying foxes were broken. we weren't there for long that's for sure maybe in summer they will put more time into upkeep

Way quieter than Margaret Mahy and our kids had the same amount of fun. Challenging climbing equipment, thrilling tube slide, flying 🦊. Loved it …

Good place to have some outdoor fun. Can go with a small group or a large one. Has a volley ball court and lots of BBQ place.
