Broomfield Playground on Vanguard Drive is a compact neighbourhood playground in the Broomfield area of Christchurch that works across a wider age span than its footprint suggests, thanks to a glider alongside the standard swings. Most playgrounds this size stop at swings alone, and the glider gives a different motion experience that tends to attract children who have grown out of a baby swing but still want something to ride. Best for ages two to ten.

This would be a highlight playpark area my grandchildren love to play at, one of many in my local area? Well kept & looked after by CCC. Yes I would recommend for kids and families.

Nice wee playground, with an area for younger children to play and another for older children to challenge their physical skills. Nice atmosphere too, with lots of trees around. This would be a nice place for a kids birthday picnic.
