Brown's Bay Playground has sea views and is a nice sunny spot to play. It has all the playground must haves, slide, swings and glider flying fox.

Not for young (under 7yrs) children as everything up very high. Exposed to wind

Nice water views. There is a play ground across the road but be careful. It's a busy main road.
