Jellyman Park

Jellyman Park is a beachfront sports park on Pitt Street in Cobden, on the north side of the Grey River mouth in Greymouth. The reserve is anchored by its sports playing fields, with a playground tucked alongside and a parking strip that looks directly across the Tasman Sea coast. The park has been at the centre of coastal-erosion planning since 2018, with the West Coast Regional Council weighing protection works for the fields, neighbouring houses and the old capped landfill. Best treated as a sports-and-beach combo rather than a dedicated playground destination.
