Equipment

Khandallah Park Children's Playground sits inside the wider Khandallah Park in northern Wellington, next to the Khandallah Pool, and offers an active equipment mix built around a flying fox. A multi-play structure, a spring loaded see-saw, a climbing wall, a fitness cube, a solo spinner and a tubular slide are joined by an infant swing and a spring rocker for younger visitors, plus a paddling pool.

The playground was great. At the start of the walk to the viewing platform the trail was incredibly Muddy and slippery. Wonderful view up there and lots of native birds to be seen. I enjoyed watching the Tui's playing in the trees.

Lovely playground in Khandallah area, right by the Khandallah summer pool. It is also located near one of the entrance of the Northern walk to go up to Mt. Kaukau summit. It’s clean and well maintained. When we hike up to Mt.Kaukau summit, the kids who don’t hike wait and play in this area.

Colorful slide, plenty of shade, multiple picnic tables, a smaller slide and a flying fox.

The kids park has a seating area for the adults and pool next to it. The park itself has swings,a small side, seesaw, and a big slide. A flying fox. That's pretty much it. The play ground is not that big of dynamic. But the walks around it are great

Neat little playground. My kids love to go here to play. The new slide is the highlight for my son.

Very nice. Feels like you are in the middle of the bush. We need more playgrounds like this.
