Sheps' Park in Yelverton, Blenheim is a natural reserve built around a series of native timber balance logs rather than manufactured play equipment, giving children a climbing and balancing course to explore instead of a standard structure. The QEII National Trust owns the land, with Marlborough District Council managing it day to day.

A grass field, circled by a gravel walking track, surrounded by border trees. Some sort of mixed adventure balancing logs arrangement Carpark and clean modern toilet. Some bench seats. Probably a bit spartan overall. Nothing to make the circular walk interesting , so go with a friend to chat.

Descent size area for dogs to run around. Toilet, poo bags, water tap for doggos and ample parking available. Sheeps spotted on the other side of the dog park where the vineyard is. Go in the afternoon where pawrents and friendly dogs get together. A place to check out when in Blenheim where dogs can be off leash.

My dogs favorite place. Lots of friendly dogs gather to run, tussle and sniff rear ends. No good on windy days. Can get muddy after heavy rains. Sometimes moat can form. Comments from my dog: Woof, woof! 🐕

Beautiful little park great for dogs off leash, also for a sit down with tea or coffee and a bite, unfortunately a little damp at this time due to the massive amount of rain lately.
