Why these ages?

Simpler equipment works for under-fives and there is a covered shaded seat for supervising adults on a 2023 rebuild, well back from the road. But a small duck pond sits right beside the playground with a deck edge — toddlers can wander to the water and a review mentions kids sailing boats on it. Climbing tower and slide suit primary-age; little pull for tweens beyond the pond loop walk.

Access notes

A reviewer notes the swings area has mulch that could be topped with rubber mats, indicating a loose surface barrier for wheelchairs, and there are no on site toilets with only on street parking at all three access points.

My Grandson, enjoyed the park, especially the spiders web climbing area, but sadly whist on the swings a very sharp split plastic tube where the chain meets the seat cut him on the inside of his upper arm, very painful for the little chap. We sailed our boats on the smaller lake adjacent to the playground, nice deck area to sit on, unfortunately the water was filthy with algae and waterfowl droppings. Overall a nice quiet kids play area.

Great park. The swings play area could have the mulch topped and rubber mats added. Was heaps of candian geese and the their droppings everywhere. Made it fun for the kids to dodge droppings in the grass and not get the dreaded "stink foot."

Small playground but grandson loves it as we play going into space as the top of the slide looks like a rocketing. Nice walkways around the lakes but often spoiled by all the geese droppings

Park is okay. It’s really frustrating when the smaller slides for the littles have hard to use ladders but the “big scary” slide has stairs : /
