Whites Line E Playground

Whites Line East Playground is a neighbourhood play space in Waiwhetu, Lower Hutt, on artificial surfacing, sitting beside the larger Te Whiti Park sportsground.

Equipment

The playground has swings including an infant swing, a small carousel, and a multi-play structure with slide, suited to toddlers and primary-age children with junior-specific slides for younger visitors.

Access and Inclusion

The site has one established tree offering some shade; otherwise the equipment is open. Off-street parking is available.

Practical Info

Public toilets and seating are on site, and Te Whiti Park next door adds sportsfields and further open lawn. The Te Whiti Riser walking track starts nearby, making this a useful staging point for a short bush walk after the playground.
