Multiple reviews call it 'perfect for the little children', 'safe, quiet, clean', 'great for toddlers' - spring toys, bee rocker, tuatara, small climbing gear all suit 2-4yos. But a reviewer flags 'playground itself isn't shaded nor fenced so will have to watch out for little ones running onto the road', so parents can't fully switch off. Quiet residential street mitigates but doesn't remove the risk. Small scale means older primary bored, tweens uninterested.
