Bluestone Park

Bluestone Park sits in the Stonefields estate near Mount Wellington in east Auckland, with a compact playground built around a multi play structure, climbing equipment, overhead rings and an overhead spinner.

Spring toys and balance logs round out the equipment for younger children, on an artificial surface, though wheelchair access around the site is limited. A drinking fountain and picnic tables are on site, and a wide grass area beside the playground gets plenty of use for scooters and informal ball games.

There is currently no shade over the play equipment, though young trees planted around it should provide more cover as they grow. On street parking is available on Styak Street, and the site is smokefree under Auckland Council policy.
