Playgrounds with a flying fox in Bay of Plenty

A flying fox is the piece of equipment older children will queue for and keep coming back to, and it is the thing that makes a playground worth a drive rather than a walk. Lengths vary from a short ten-metre run for younger kids to long, fast lines with a proper seat.

Flying foxes are among the first items closed for maintenance or removed at end of life, so an occasional listing here will be out of date. Reports of a missing one are welcome.
