Playgrounds with a skate park in Wellington

A skate park in the same park as the playground keeps older kids busy on scooters, skateboards and bikes while the younger ones use the play equipment, so one trip works for the whole family. These range from a few learner ramps beside the swings to a full concrete bowl.

Recorded from council equipment data and from park names and descriptions that mention a skate park, ramp or bowl, so it says nothing about size or difficulty. Skate parks get busy with older riders after school and at weekends.
